With our customer service department we want to ensure that our customers get the best service.

We use all our competencies across the national boarders, in order to secure a fast response time and the quality of our services. The customer service department consists of a group of highly qualified consultants. 


 
Everyone, has many years of experience, which means that the consultants are used to handling many different problems for our customers.
 
Customer service is divided into two areas: 


Service: Focuses on the direct communication to the customers. Here customer demands and satisfaction is mapped in order to make sure that we at all times meet the customers needs in the best possible way.

Support: Registers and manages all customer requests regarding errors or inquiries. Management and follow-up on all problems, from when they are registered until they have been solved.
 
In addition to the qualified consultants at Symfoni, we can also, as an IBM Business Partner, receive help from IBM in relation to inquiries that concern our suppliers.
 
The leader of customer service at Symfoni Software is Helene Bogvist which has great experience within the field.
