It has been two days consisting of professional input, inspiring lecturers, not to mention the sharing of ideas and experiences between Symfoni’s customers from the Nordic countries.
As usual, this year’s program consisted of a combination of plenum lectures and parallel sessions. New this year was the expansion from three to four parallel tracks, which now included a brand new course and certification track. Here, the participants had the opportunity to learn from the experts, and then test their knowledge about Symfoni’s various solutions.
In addition, the participants got to hear how a number of our customers make their organisation work out better – together. Mydata, Region Midtjylland, FTZ, KSL Matmerk, Tønsberg Kommune and Moderne Byggfornyelse were just some of those who shared their experience with the attendees. IBM also participated at the arrangement, and showed their newest solution, LotusLive, which makes collaboration in “the cloud” possible.
Aside from the professional inputs, we strive to offer the participants lectures that inspire them on a different level. We were lucky enough, this year, to get the national handball coach of Denmark, Ulrik Wilbek to join us. He inspired and motivated us to work better as a team with his lecture “How to accomplish success as a team”. With stories from his professional life, personal experiences as a trainer and coach, it became an hour filled with professional input, laughter and inspiration.
This year’s social event took place in the beautiful Tivoli in Copenhagen. We had a three-course dinner at Café Ketchup, and we also got to hear the Danish contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest, Niels Brinck, live in concert. In addition, our own toastmaster, Trond-Are Utle took care of entertaining the whole night through.
Thanks to all the participants who helped create two informative and exciting days together with us in Copenhagen. We would also like to take this opportunity to invite everybody to Symfoni Collaboration Forum in 2011, and hope that those who couldn’t participate this year will join us next year.
We wish you all a good summer!
