Is HR about believing that different initiatives and projects will help the organisations development? Or is it possible to demonstrate return on investment?

 

Often the HR manager and the accounting manager do not speak the same language, so it can be difficult to prove that an HR investment will increase turnover by 10%.

 

The prerequisite for working with ROI is that we know what we can measure and work proactively in relation to the organizations strengths and weaknesses.
